Volleyball for Beginners/Intermediate Levels

Students will learn the basic level of all things volleyball and how to perfect form from a division one athlete with over 15 years playing experience and 16 years coaching experience at a high level. We will cover rules and guidelines of the game, but most importantly work on form and technique. Fundamental skills will increase in all the aspects of volleyball with joy for the game. Having your own volleyball of any kind is required so the teacher/coach can help virtually assess your abilities to give feedback. After completion of this class, students will leave with a gained fundamental base in volleyball leading them to joining a team to enhance their skills in person.
